Delivery & processing of your order

At Seiko Mod, we make it a point of honor to ship each order with care, as quickly as possible and according to demanding quality standards.

Our process

  • Assembly on demand : Each watch is assembled to order within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Quality control : We test each part for 1 to 3 additional days (precision, tightness, consistency).

  • Shipping : Delivery takes on average 3 to 5 working days for France, and 4 to 8 days for international orders.

In total, allow 7 to 13 working days between the manufacture and delivery of your watch (Monday to Friday).

Secure delivery

  • Reliable carriers : La Poste, FedEx or DHL depending on your location.

  • Discreet packaging : Sturdy box, without logo, to avoid the risk of theft.

  • Insurance included : Each package is insured against loss, theft and breakage .

In case of loss or theft

If a package is declared lost or stolen, we intervene immediately:

  • Option 1 : Free return of a new watch.

  • Option 2 : Full refund if you prefer.

Free delivery

Delivery is free worldwide, with no minimum purchase.
